Having two Teslas available (new generation vs. old generation) makes it practical to compare them directly.
This article compares efficiency at different temperatures (Model 3 “Blue” vs. Model Y “Darwin”). All telemetry data was recorded with Tesla Logger (https://github.com/adriankumpf/teslamate). Might make a blog post about that someday too.
